    Deep earthy flavour

    This truffle salsa is fast becoming one of my favourite condiments, it's rich deep earthy flavour adds so much interest to foods. I use it spread on steak, when frying mushrooms add a teaspoon and the mushrooms will take on such a full bodied flavour. Spread onto bread or toast before adding avocado, bacon etc. Simply divine.
